At Rebloom, we strive to ensure every order arrives exactly as expected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rebloomapparel.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and, when applicable, the packaging

We'll review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please do not return any items unless instructed to do so by Rebloom. Most issues can be resolved without requiring the product to be returned.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order specifically for you including, in some cases, the use of recycled materials, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Personal preference
• Color variations caused by differences in screen or device displays
• Minor variations in print placement, color, or garment appearance
• Any reason other than an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Sizing

Please review the sizing chart provided on each product page before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the incorrect size.

Product Appearance

We make every effort to accurately display our products. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, mobile device, or screen settings. Because each product is individually printed, slight variations in color, print placement, or garment appearance may occur and may be considered a normal part of the production process.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, although processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
